Three ways to use the quiet
The house opens for autumn and winter 2027. These are the stays it was built for.

Sep – Oct
Autumn Foraging & Harvest
The coast gives up its season slowly. Chanterelles under the spruce, sea buckthorn on the shore, and a kitchen built to cook.
- Coastal mushroom trails a short walk from the door
- A fully equipped modern kitchen: induction, proper knives, room to work
- Long dusk and empty roads, with the sea still mild
The building
The house, plainly.
Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a winter envelope. No shared property, no second cabin.
Two bedrooms
Separate rooms with linen, and blackout for the bright nights and the dark ones.
Two full bathrooms
Each is a full bath. One holds a deep soaking tub.
Modern kitchen
Induction, a full oven, a dishwasher, and space to cook for a week.
Underfloor heating
Through the living spaces, so the floor stays kind in January.
Porch
A covered threshold between the room and the weather, facing the water.
Winter envelope
Newly built and insulated for sub-zero stays on the coast.
Panoramic sauna
Planned on the shore, glass toward the Baltic. Not yet installed.
